Baking has always been my favorite way of bringing people together. What started in college as a simple Monday night hobby—gathering friends around the kitchen for homemade treats—quickly became something I looked forward to every week. Those nights weren’t just about sweets; they were about laughter, connection, and creating memories that lasted long after the dishes were done.
Over time, that love for baking turned into tradition. I became “the cake girl”—the one who would stay up late perfecting birthday cakes for my best friends, making sure each one felt special and uniquely theirs. Those cakes weren’t just desserts; they were little celebrations of the people I loved most.
Now, I get the joy of sharing that same spirit beyond my circle of friends and into the heart of Northwest Arkansas. Through Eats by Annie, I get to create custom cakes that bring people together, help families celebrate milestones, and add sweetness to both big and small moments. For me, baking will always be about more than ingredients and design —it’s about creating, connection, celebration, and the joy of gathering around for all of life’s moments.
